Will Washer received his BS in Architecture from Texas A&M. He has over two decades of real-world experience working for such powerhouse organizations as Cornerstone Architects, Winchester Architects, and his own firm.
Will’s relationships with his clients are warm and collaborative… his listening ear and easy-going manner put them at ease. Many come to him with a specific design vision; others want help transforming their mental wish-list into a reality.
“Each house is unique to itself, so I pay attention to every word my clients say,” explained Will. “I really listen to what they describe to me, so that what I design is their dream not mine.”
Will has an excellent design sense due in part to his deep-seated roots in the industry. The son and grandson of home builders, Will grew up helping both men on construction sites. His dad also has a degree in architecture, and Will enjoyed watching him work his craft. While still in high school, Will began to draw plans under his father’s guidance and to learn auto-cad. It seemed only natural for him to then pursue his passion into college. After graduating from Texas A&M’s architecture program, Will worked first for Austin-based Cornerstone Architects and then Winchester Architects where his skills were utilized on both commercial and residential projects. His designs garnered attention in Houzz and Luxe Magazine.
In 2017, Will earned his state of Texas Architect license. Soon thereafter in 2020, he formed Will Washer Architecture. Will has an enviable portfolio thanks to ongoing collaborations with some of Austin’s finest builders and designers.

Designer
Blair Burton, an Austin-based designer with roots deeply embedded in the world of building and design, has been creating beautiful spaces since 2003. Inspired by her father, a builder who taught her the intricacies of constructing and selling homes, Blair learned early on the importance of working collaboratively with builders and contractors. This foundation has been pivotal in shaping her career and allowed her to team with some of Austin’s finest builders and architects.
Blair’s design philosophy centers on crafting interiors that exude elegance, simplicity, and what she describes as “soul.” Much of her inspiration is drawn from the modern Texas Hill Country aesthetic.
“I truly believe that a well-designed home should be a reflection of the people who live within its walls, making life meaningful and soulful,” Blair said. “I love helping those who I collaborate with reimagine ‘home’ into their favorite place to spend time.”
Despite features in Luxe and mentions in the Wall Street Journal, Blair Burton Interiors has maintained a boutique-style approach, ensuring a highly relational experience with its clients and plenty of one-on-one time with Blair herself. In other words, she makes the process easy.
